"I'm on a mission to put the Love into Leadership" - Nicole Andan, LIL Executive Consulting
After spending much of her career working in rapidly changing organisations and programmes, it became clear to Nicole Andan, Founder and Director of LIL Executive Consulting, that change management and change leadership coaching sought to support effective transformation delivery within businesses. However, little support seemed available for Leaders who themselves were experiencing a state of flux, whether personal or professional.
Nicole’s experience managing Mental Health Projects and Human Resources Transformation Programmes gave her a unique insight into the risks faced by individuals in high pressure, high performance roles who received little support, and LIL Executive Consulting was set up with a singular mission, to ensure no Leader had to experience leadership, or change, in isolation. Our vision is "inclusive leadership, without the loneliness".
The ultimate goal; to put a little love into your leadership; transforming your individual experience and in turn, that of your team and organisation culture.
LIL is founded on 5 principles: courtesy, collaboration, courage, curiosity, and inclusion.

In our first sessions together, we'll spend time getting to know each other, specifically, what makes you tick, your passions, what keeps you up at night, that way we are able to provide you with the best personalised support.
LIL are also constantly investing time and resources into expanding our knowledge. This professional curiosity allows us to offer clients the most up to date and effective advice and guidance possible.

I’m Nicole Andan, Founder and Director or LIL Executive Consulting, Leadership Coach and Mentor, Trainer and Consultant – less formally I am a disabled woman, wife and mother to a young daughter and owner of an ever-expanding menagerie of animals, living in the beautiful English Cotswolds.
I spent over 12 years working in the UK Defence industry within Human Resources, developing Leadership Development Programmes and strategies and leading key transformation programmes in the people space driving behavioural and cultural change in Business. I pride myself on my collaborative and creative approach to transformation, being an agent of change and a positive disruptor. Before working in Defence I spent a number of years as a Coach in mental health and social welfare.
I became disabled at 34, shortly after the birth of my daughter, despite this I have thrived in multiple high-intensity positions. My personal experiences and professional background have given me a unique perspective on the balance that needs to be found between "traditional leadership", diversity of thought and authentic, self-expression.
My approach, whilst based in theoretical research & best practice is practical non-judgemental and solution-focussed.
When not working, I love little more than a great podcast or audiobook with a cup of tea (great as I am always on the go!) I’m a knowledge seeker so any opportunity to gain new skills or add insight, whether personal or professional is always valued.
I have a huge love of Ancient Greek & Roman history which I am desperately trying to hand down to my daughter.
A great dog walk and time snuggled on the sofa with my daughter and menagerie of animals is always a winner
