Great Leaders are often seen as “apart from”, an “outlier”; viewed by peers with competition and suspicion and their staff as “the boss”, there is little recognition that outside of your high profile, high pressure, high visibility role, you are still a person.

A person who experiences self doubt, health challenges, parental responsibilities, and big life changes, much the same as anyone else. 

Being in a state of flux is not easy for any of us, and can leave you feeling vulnerable and confused, but in leadership there are additional elements of challenge – pressure to perform and isolation.

That’s where LIL comes in!  

Whether you are navigating a new role without an established network, or you are returning to your role after welcoming a child or experiencing the painful loss of a loved one, or simply facing a crisis in confidence;  I work with you to navigate the uncertainty.  I help to reinstate and bolster your confidence and clarity, ultimately taking you to greater success and fulfilment in your career and beyond. 

All coaching is confidential and delivered in line with the ICF’s Code of Ethics and 1:1 Coaching is all delivered by Nicole Andan, in person or via Teams.

Coaching packages can be funded by an individual or an organisation  and have the option to last 6 or 12 months.  All 1:1 coaching is tailored and holistic, utilising solution-focussed methodology and a flexible framework, focussing on 4 key areas.
